KAT, MATILDA & THE BEAST

My name is Katrina Smith, I am 55 years Young, I have 4 adult children and a 5 year old grandson, I started my working life as a motor vehicle technician (motor mechanic) and finally retired a teacher of technology .

I have had a life long passion for Land Rovers ,I would even go as far as saying I am infract an absolute Land Rover anorak. 

 I have recently decided to step out of my comfort zone with the intention to travel THE WORD overland. Having spent several years traveling in  Matilda my 25 year old Discovery 1, I decided to bite the bullet and custom build the ultimate overland Camping vehicle, My choice of vehicle was a  Land RoverDefender 110  TD5  called The Beast...
